Seller and Buyer Fee Policy for Private Sales:
1. Seller Fee: Sellers who wish to privately list their items for sale with Angela will be required to pay a 16% seller's fee on the final sale price of the item. This fee will be deducted from the proceeds of the sale before the seller receives payment.
2. Buyer Finders Fee: Buyers who purchase items through Angela’s Private Sales will be required to pay a 16% finders fee to the business on top of the final sale price of the item. This fee will be added to the total purchase price at the time of sale.
3. Payment Terms: Sellers will receive payment for sold items after the deduction of the seller's fee. Payments can be made via check, cash, or electronic transfer, as agreed upon between the small business and the seller. Buyers will be required to pay the finders fee at the time of purchase.
4. Commission Rate: In addition to the seller and buyer fees, the small business may also charge a commission on the final sale price of items sold. The commission rate should be clearly stated in the terms and conditions and agreed upon by both parties.
5. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes or issues arising from the seller or buyer fees, Angela will work to resolve them in a fair and timely manner. Dispute resolution procedures should be outlined in the terms and conditions.
6. Transparency: The small business will provide clear and transparent information about the seller and buyer fees to all participants in the sales process. This includes disclosing the fees in listings, invoices, and other relevant documents.
