Consignment Policy for Vintage Toy Store:

1. Consignment Agreement: All consignors must sign a consignment agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the consignment arrangement. This agreement includes details such as the commission rate (50/50, 60/40), consignment period (90 days), pricing (fixed/variable), and payment terms.

2. Consignment Process: Consignors can send pictures of their vintage toys to the store for evaluation. The store will assess the condition and market value of the items and determine if they are suitable for consignment. Once approved, the items will be displayed in the online vintage toy store for sale.

3. Commission Rate: Bauersachs’ Timeless Toys will charge a commission on the sale of consigned items. (50% for fixed prices, 40% for variable prices) The commission rate is clearly stated in the consignment agreement and agreed upon by both parties. The commission rate can vary depending on the value and demand for the items.
